Preamble

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by LE COIN DU SAVONNIER represented by Mr. Laurent Doué, whose head office is located at 78 rue de Milly 91820 Boutigny sur Essonne. Company registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Evry under number Siret 88253457100014 , and on the other hand any natural person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lecoindusavonnier.com.

1. Acceptance and application of the conditions

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out here and declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise waived, expressly and in writing. LE COIN DU SAVONNIER reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

2. Price

Prices indicated in euros are net and include all taxes. Prices may be modified at any time without notice, the items being invoiced on the basis of the price existing on the day the order is registered.

3. Orders

The buyer who wishes to place an order online must:

  1. Create a customer account in which you will indicate all the requested contact details.
  2. Create an online “basket” by selecting all the chosen products.
  3. Accept these general conditions of sale.
  4. Validate your order after checking it.
  5. Make payment under the stipulated conditions.

Any validated order is deemed final subject to the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day after the item comes into possession.
An e-mail will be sent to the address indicated by you confirming the elements of your order taken into account.
LE COIN DU SAVONNIER reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

4. Availability

In the event of temporary unavailability, LE COIN DU SAVONNIER will notify the buyer by e-mail, who will have one working week (excluding weekends and public holidays) to request the cancellation or exchange of their order by contacting our customer service. : contact@lecoindusavonnier.fr. LE COIN DU SAVONNIER reserves an additional week for processing the order. If a product is permanently unavailable after placing the order, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the items permanently out of stock.

5. Payment terms

The price of the items is payable in full to Laurent Doué

  • Secure purchase and payment by Shopify Payments: payment by Credit Card (we do not store your banking information at any time).
  • Payment by Paypal
  • Payment by transfer: Here is our bank details for payment:

  • The transfer should be sent to Laurent Doué
  • Your package will be shipped after receipt of the transfer which must reach us 5 days maximum after validation of your order, otherwise it will be canceled.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICES – GUARANTEES

You benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity:

-you benefit from a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act;
-you can choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;
-you are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following delivery of the goods. This period is extended to twenty-four months from March 18, 2016, except for second-hand goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.
You can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects in the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and in this case, you can choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with in article 1644 of the civil code.
